So - it's an all you can eat buffet serving fresh seafood, including sushi and shellfish on ice, plus raw seafood and fish fillets stir fried to order. I've been twice on weekend evenings and everything was spot on! In addition, there are fresh meats, including steaks, chicken etc that is cooked to order (you select it from the buffet and hand it to the chefs who cook in on a griddle or wok in front of you). There's a couple of self service cocktails, sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks, water, tea and good coffee - a huge selection of ice cream and sorbet plus other typical French desserts - all included in the buffet price. As far as value for money is concerned - it's brilliant.
