Sale of dishes for dine-in and takeaway by Panda Wok.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Panda Wok reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or when collecting your takeaway order. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (Rue du Mont Joie, 62280 Saint-Martin-Boulogne) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not offer delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
